Welcome to SEFA. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SEFA mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using SEFA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use SEFA.

2. About SEFA

SEFA is a social event friendship platform that enables users to discover events, connect with people interested in attending the same activities and share social experiences. SEFA is designed for event participation and community building. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions, interactions and participation in any event.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SEFA. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

SEFA provides a platform for users to discover events and connect with others. SEFA does not organize, manage, supervise or guarantee any event unless explicitly stated. Users participate in events entirely at their own risk.

SEFA is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, injuries, accidents, disputes between users or actions of third parties. Users should always exercise reasonable judgment when meeting other people.

7. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content within SEFA, you grant SEFA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and process that content for the operation of the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

8. Premium Subscription

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, software, graphics and content belonging to SEFA remain the intellectual property of Westinas unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the service without written permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

SEFA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the safety and integrity of the platform. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

11. Disclaimer

SEFA is provided on an as is and as available basis. While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEFA and Westinas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the service.

Your use of SEFA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information about how we collect and process personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website and within the application. Continued use of SEFA after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
