Delete Account

If you want to delete your SEFA account and the related data, you can send your request using the form below. After your request is received, your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile information such as name, display preferences and category preferences
• Records of events you have joined
• Messages you have sent
• Subscription history, except where legal retention periods apply

Alternatively, you can send an email directly to info@sefa-app.ch with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
