Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment
SEFA is committed to maintaining a safe platform and protecting users from harmful, abusive, or illegal behaviour. SEFA is intended only for adults aged 18 and over.
2. Minimum Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SEFA. We do not knowingly allow children to use the platform.
3. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
SEFA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any behaviour that harms or exploits children.
4. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
Users may not upload, share, request, promote, or distribute content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. Users may not use SEFA to contact, groom, exploit, threaten, or endanger minors.
5. Reporting and Review
Users can report concerning content, behaviour, or accounts through in-app reporting tools where available or by contacting us at info@sefa-app.ch. Reports are reviewed and action is taken when required.
6. Enforcement
Accounts or content that violate these standards may be removed, suspended, or permanently banned. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
SEFA may cooperate with law enforcement, child protection organisations, app store providers, and other relevant authorities when necessary to protect children and comply with applicable law.
